I recently had to do a jacket for work to use as a store display. Here is my version of that jacket. The jacket is the Turnabout Jacket by Vicki Tracy. You can find the pattern here: http://www.kayeengland.com/detail.aspx?ID=622. I have no affiliation to this website, but it was the only place I could find a picture of the pattern that did not have a lot of other stuff around it!
I deliberately made the jacket so that it looked nothing like the pictures on the packaging. This was the pattern that our store had to make, so it was not something we did by choice. I am pretty happy how it turned out.
The embroidery is from the Anita Goodesign Asion Fusion design pack. Machine embroidery is my passion, secondary only to sewing.

Okay, so I am not nearly as accomplished a seamstress as I would like, but this pattern just about did me in. It turned out well, but it really was an educational experience. Lots of ripping, lots of hand basting, lots of learning about nylon/lycra binding and how to sew it on. The only thing I can say is that it is done .... at last!
